The old biblical proverb of “ give a man a fish and feed him for a day or teach a man to fish and he will feed himself for life” is somewhat appropriate for Fly Fishing for Trout, traditionally we have always eaten our catch! In addition, Trout fishing is one of the ways to slow down, relax and take the time to come to terms with the world around us. This guide has been written to help you do just that, we would like to take you on a journey, from a position of having little or no knowledge of Fly Fishing, to confidently approaching a lake or river in anticipation of both enjoying yourself and hopefully catching a few fish.

Tight lines to all of you!
